Trafford's Refund Policy
In the interest of providing better, more timely service to our clients, Trafford is introducing several amendments to its refund policy.
Trafford¹s unique full money back guarantee still enables you to try our publishing service risk-free. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, you may cancel your contract and receive full reimbursement of the fees paid towards your publishing package.
Qualifying for the 100 Percent Refund is Easy:
Trafford Publishing must have all working materials (text, graphics, etc.) within 90 days of receiving the Publishing Agreement.
If you decide to cancel your contract, simply notify your Author Support Representative (ASR) about terminating the Publishing Agreement before the 30-day period for reviewing proofs has elapsed.
Restrictions and Penalties
Materials submitted to Trafford Publishing after 90 days of receiving the signed Publishing Agreement will only qualify the author for a 65 percent refund of the total fees paid towards the publishing package.
The Author Support Representative must be notified about the termination of the contract before the 30-day period for reviewing proofs has elapsed.
No refunds will be provided to authors who take longer than one year to send Trafford their working materials after submitting a contract or who allow their 30-day period for reviewing proofs to expire without any notification of intent.
Signing a proof and approving it for sale/distribution, or submitting alterations/additions for a revised proof indicates you are waiving the right to request a refund on the basis that Trafford has fulfilled its contract obligations.
