Trafford's Refund Policy (Extended)

Trafford will refund 100% of the publishing package fees paid to Trafford by the author, if, at any time prior to the end of the 30-day proof review period, the author notifies their Author Support Representative that they wish to terminate their contractual agreement with Trafford.

The author must submit complete working materials within 90 days of signing the agreement with Trafford and must contact Trafford within 30 days of receiving their printed proof to qualify for the 100% guarantee.

If complete working materials are received after 90 days of signing the agreement with Trafford, the author is still entitled to a 65% refund if they terminate their contract prior to the end of the 30-day proof review period. There is no refund after the end of this period.

If complete working materials are not received within one year, there will be no refund. Trafford Publishing will still produce and continue to work on any book once materials are received.

If the author wishes to continue and approves the proof for sale to the author and/or the public, or submits alterations or additional materials for a revised proof, that action by the author indicates that Trafford has substantially completed its contracted obligations in a satisfactory manner, and the author is waiving his/her right to opt for a refund.

Trafford cannot be responsible for any other expenses the author may have incurred such as shipping, freelance services with other parties or additional technician time, nor for the author's time or foregone opportunities.
