About the Book

Linette was inspired to write this book after working in a hospital setting and seeing how many children were dependent on drugs. Her heart ached as she watched these children in a helpless situation of addition. She asked herself what she could do to prevent this from happening. At that time, it was placed on her heart and mind to write this book to educate children on the hidden dangers of alcohol and drug use and abuse.

About the Author

Linette is a wife and mother of two children- one son and one daughter. She has also raised her adult nephew and is currently raising her best friend's son. In addition, she has a step-son and step-daugher and a grandson. Linette has worked in the medical field as a LPN for twelve years. She currently resides in Chicago, IL.
