About the Author

The author is a Caribbean national but who received his primary, secondary and tertiary education in the Caribbean, South America, the United States and Europe respectively and later, his spiritual and existential education in Antigua and Barbuda. He is a multi-linguist, and a literary person by profession. He is a New York Times scholarship recipient; a summa cum laude graduate of Hampton University, a former Fellow at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and has pursued further studies at postgraduate level in Education at the University of Oxford and Educational Administration and Leadership at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He has been recognized by many institutions of higher learning for his remarkable contribution to the foreign language service and has received many awards from numerous educational institutions such as the Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges Award and the W. Adrian Freeman Fellowship Award for eminent scholarship. He has also served in the educational system in the United States, the United Kingdom, Antigua and Barbuda and Dominica. He has published in Time, Ebony, Newsweek International and Black World magazines, and Stockwell’s Anthology of Poems (United Kingdom) Wisdom Sayings For Our Troubling Times is his first published book.
