It is a significant, by which I mean that it has relevance to the reader on a number of levels, which is itself sure testimony to the author's creative versatility. It is a book which abounds with a wealth of perceptively observed detail, obviously the product of real experience, which lends to the book a poignant, sometimes quite gritty reality, a dramatic immediacy, which is one of its key strengths. The characters, situations and dialogue are relayed in vivid and lively detail which makes each moment seem entirely authentic.

About the Author

Julius Ijemhen-Ebetaleye, a Nigerian citizen, was born in Lagos in 1965. He attended Lagos State Polytechnic and the University of London, finishing degrees in Business Administration and Creative Writing. Presently, he is a member of the Royal Society of Literature in England.
