About the Book
For the most part, this book will show you a way to avoid having too much stress in your life. It does not promise to make life stress free. Instead, it gives you a method of living by certain formulas and concepts designed to help you cope with the trials and tribulations of everyday life. It is meant to help with the common dilemmas found in a society that is not beset with life and death decisions at every turn. Using the ideas, methods, formulas and concepts suggested in this book makes it possible to live life in a reasonably relaxed manner.
About the Author
Dr. Rosner is an eighty-one-year-old New York-born psychologist and hypnotherapist who has lived through the Great Depression, fought in WW II, traveled to over twenty countries and has now voted in fifteen presidential elections.
He has decades of experience in managing stress and of helping others overcome their own problems with stress. This book is a product of his wisdom and the work of his family and of many 'graduated' patients who believe in Dr. Rosner's outlook on life and the importance of sharing that outlook with others.
