About the Book

This book is a bilingual book of poetry (Spanish/English) collection of Carlos poetry written over the years since his arrival here in the United States. The book will appeal to many readers not only because it is bilingual, but because it is based on his own life experience and that of many others. Most of the collection is based on romanticism which is a subject that will never die. Carlos also believes that poetry is meant to let people know the beauty of Nicaragua.

About the Author

Carlos M. Gutierrez P. Nicaraguan poet, has been writing for many years since the age of 8. Having to leave his country abruptly, Carlos was unable to bring many years of his writings with him. This book is therefore, a compilation of poetry written since his arrival in this country in 1989. Carlos has a way with words, that sometimes he himself can't believe what he has written. Because of his peculiar writing style, you will be inspired to read on.

Poetry is one of Carlos' many passions in life and he has always wanted to publish his book of poetry. This book is a dream come true, as it contains many wonderful poems, written both in Spanish and English.
