About the Book
The Book of Ruth is an exegetical study that shows the Revelation of Jesus Christ, in the person of Ruth, concerning His church and its four stages.
The historic background of The Book of Ruth manifest the Grace of God in a typographical language, within that language, using the story as a scenario. God shows through the Divine Revelation how a love story can manifest the progressive plan of God for His church.
About the Author
Rev. Orona has received advanced degrees in Biblical Exegetics and Sacred Semantics. He attended New Rochelle College four years where he specialized in Biblical Studies. His preparation continued with a two-year master's degree in Professional Studies at the New York Theological Seminary where he later obtained a second, four-year Master's Degree in Divinity. He continued his advanced studies in Hebrew at the University of New York in the Department of Semitic Languages. He studied Greek in New Brunswick's Seminary where he began his career in Biblical Exegetics and received his Doctoral Degree. He was a member, and the only Hispanic, of the Biblical Committee at New York's Seminary, where he studied under the well-known biblical sociologist Norman Gottwald.
The Lord has allowed him to travel extensively in Europe, and Central and South America, offering conferences in every place. He has translated the Book of Ruth from Hebrew to Spanish, the first exegetic book translated completely verse by verse. His second book is the Book of Jude, which he translated from the Greek Koine.
At present, he lives in Virginia with his wife Maria Teresa Orona and his two sons, Enoch and Shem. His most profound desire is to live in holiness, and listen and obey the voice of the Holy Spirit. His belief is that without His personal guidance and a life of profound Prayer, there is nothing.
