About the Author
The author was born on 03/03/23 in Saskatchewan, Canada. She grew up on a farm, survived the Great Depression, otherwise known as the Dirty Thirties and took what High School she had by correspondence. At nineteen, the author started a three year course at Bible College in Saskatoon where she also finished High School English. After that she took a very concentrated summer course on Descriptive Linguistics at university level. In 1945, the author left for Mexico to try out her Linguistic skills in some of the Indian tribes. She got married in Mexico City and raised a large family. She later got divorced and returned to Canada in 1979, settling in British Columbia after having lived in Mexico for thirty-four years.
