INTRODUCTION

Soul Patrol is committed to teaching the fundamental principles of God's Word and dedicated to making resources available that will help equip you for evangelism. In order for us to be effective in evangelism, we must first understand the five-fold ministry given to the church. The Lord has equipped the church but we need to know those that labor among us and understand their ministry call. Everyone should witness for the Lord, but the Evangelist should be in the forefront with evangelism. In order to establish a soul winning growth in the church, leaders must acknowledge the Evangelist as an integral part of the five-fold Body of Christ and empower them to use their gifts of evangelism. Regardless of our calling in ministry, we can learn from each other. We all have different gifts but when the five-fold ministry works together and every joint in the body fulfill its responsibility then we can effectively get the job done.

Soul Patrol is designed to teach new converts as well as seasoned believers how to go out and spread the gospel good news about Jesus Christ. This book can be used either for individual or for group study. Many people are looking for a church that's alive evangelistically. Growing churches put the work of evangelism first into the hands of the Evangelist and then empower the entire congregation to evangelize. The mission field is in our own neighborhoods, workplaces, schools, and within our extended families. We pray that God will use you in a mighty way to go and compel the lost to accept the Lord Jesus Christ.

About the Author

Dr. Dreamer L. Brown was born in Charleston, West Virginia to Deacon Aaron and Evangelist Clara M. Garrett. She was raised primarily in New York City until migrating to New Jersey in her adult years. She was Born Again and filled with the Holy Spirit as a child. At the age of fifteen, the Lord started using her with spiritual warfare gifts of deliverance. She is anointed and appointed by the Lord Jesus Christ for these last and evil days. Dr. Brown was ordained into the ministry in 1994. She was united in Holy Matrimony to her best friend, Overseer Willie M. Brown in 1980.

She is the Pastor and Founder, along with her husband, of Christian Deliverance Ministry in Bordentown, New Jersey. She has been a teacher of the Word of God for over twenty years. She conducts revivals, educational workshops, seminars and conferences. She is also an anointed preacher of the gospel who flows under the power of the Holy Spirit. Dr. Brown holds an honorary Doctorate in Theology from St. Paul's Bible Institute, honorary Doctorate in Divinity from World Christian Ministries and a Business Management degree from New York University. She has worked in senior management positions for major corporations in the information technology field.
