In the novel Loose Ends, a love story, Frank Winter turns 50 and decides to go back 25 years to explore the consequences of his actions during a critical period in his life. What happened to the various players, did things turn out alright in the end or did it all end up in some cataclysmic disaster? Did he do the right thing or should he have done something different? It is a story that many will relate to. What if they had done something different? Would it have turned out better?
