About the Book

A non-fictional biography of my son. A tribute to his memory and in so doing trying to comprehend why someone so successful would find the need to end his life. The tragedy of suicide and the devastation such a death inflicts on the survivors.

About the Author

I ama bereaved mother trying to understand how and why a mature young man could give up on life, a life he loved so much.

As the title suggests, the day my son died, I died along with him. I also gave up on life in so much as I struggle every day to continue on living. It is a terrible journey, when sadness is with you all the time. This is truly a mother's worst nightmare and an ongoing lament.
