About the Author

F. J. Smothers is the celebrated author of many short stories, the latest being The Gator Hunters. F.J. and his wife live in northwestern California. They like traveling in their motor home. Frank likes to talk especially to the older generation, as he gets a lot of his ideas for his stories from listening to their tales.
