About the Book

An Idea is the shortest distance between a question and its answer.

A good idea- between a problem and its solution.

King Me! queries, "what kind of men are raising today?" It explores the gap between victims and heroes and defines courage, loyalty, and taking responsibility in contemporary terms. The text spotlights four young men as they play a modified game of Risk that mirrors today's headlines. As they ponder each move within the context of the game, they question their next moves in life. Using poignant dialogue and humor, they expose the core of themselves while sharing their joys and fears.

King Me! Makes a bold assertion; there will be some who duck and cover, but there will be more who stand and fight. The dilemmas faced by the participants turn this novel into a quest for truth. Children are not the only ones who ask questions. As we grow up, we too ask, however, some of us stop asking questions, especially the most important ones. Or, we stop searching for answers.

These four very human seekers are determined to be agents of change. They challenge the status quo. Despite what others may have told you, there are answers and you can find them. Gifted, courageous, observant, Cumbo invites you to read his vision that challenges you to ask "What if?"

King Me! Reduces the world's ills to conversation and a contest of strategies that becomes a test not just of skill but a challenge to the values that rule our planet.
