About the Book
Christian Sinners Anonymous tells of the author's addictions to alcohol and prescription painkillers before and after he became a Christian. He also examines the reasons he became addicted. He tells how he overcame other sinful behaviors that became habitual during his addictions and continued on after his recovery from alcohol and drugs. Many Christians struggle with sinful practices due to a misunderstanding of what sin is and how to overcome such destructive behavior. The author not only lists 12 steps toward a victorious Christian walk but, explains the reasons the Christian life is so difficult. There are three forces that work against the Christian and God makes three provisions to help us live victoriously. Chapter V discusses the affects your sins have on yourself, others and God. If we are not concerned about our sinful lifestyle and continue without any attempt to confess and repent, the author discusses God's last resort actions, because He really loves us. He doesn't want us to hurt our families, The Church or ourselves. In appendix a. are suggestions for memorizing Bible verses and where to start. And in appendix b. there are 12 discussion questions for each chapter.
