About the Book

After watching his own father die from cancer and following the events of September 11, 2001, Sean M Kelly, musician, writer and inspirational speaker, simply asked – ‘What can I do to help and what would love do now?’. Many of the stories in this thought-provoking book provide answers to these questions. In the collection of fifty-two stories, Sean’s experiences and wisdom will inspire you, touch your heart and help you realise your own inner strengths. After reading and reflecting on each story, you are invited to explore its theme and record your own thoughts on the accompanying journal pages.

Pick it up, put it down and reflect! Make some space in your life to nourish your soul. ‘If a person can’t do the inner work that’s required, then the rest is meaningless. If anything, this is where Sean shines the most. When I heard he had written a collection of stories where he would share many of the lessons he’s learned throughout his life, I was thrilled.’

James Twyman, The Art of Spiritual Peacemaking

About the Author

Sean M Kelly B.Sc., Dip (Appl.Sc.) Mast NLP ATP Musician, writer, inspirational speaker and workshop facilitator Sometimes the toughest challenges we face in life offer us the greatest opportunities for growth and learning. On April 18, 1999, John J Kelly, Sean KellyÌ¢*‰ã¢s father, died from cancer. This was to prove a profound turning point in SeanÌ¢*‰ã¢s life. Since 1995, Sean had been successfully running his own business delivering professional development training to multinational companies in Ireland and abroad. During this time he focused on training individuals in private and corporate life to use a lot more of their mindÌ¢*‰ã¢s infinite potential. After the death of his father, Sean realised that the individual mind is also part of a far greater mind Ì¢*‰*Ï call it God, the collective unconscious or the universal mind. The hectic pace of modern life can make us blind to the infinite intelligence of the universal mind, which is always working for the better of humankind, often in mysterious ways. It is with these life experiences and insights that Sean creates his music, writings and workshops. Sean has performed his music in many countries (including Ireland, the UK, the US, Israel, Spain, Peru and South Korea) with James Twyman, the Life Foundation, Dr Doreen Virtue, Anthony Robbins, Neale Donald Walshe and Bob Geldof.
