The themes in this book deals with overcoming the struggles of life. I am endeavoring to bring each reader to the place of a deeper contemplation of where he is in life and just where his destiny lies. Common themes through out take a look at birth and death, and the fact that life takes preparation. Each of us will walk very different pathways that are necessary for our own personal journey, but we each in time will come to the same destination.

Make your declarations bold. Raging waters ,you have come to take my soul. Raging waters ,shall my faith behold. Waters ,even though you're mighty cold. I am anchored to the solid rock. The floods cannot control, for I am resting In the shadow of his protecting wings. And my destiny he holds. Floods may come and storms winds blow They cannot snatch me from his hand That is all I know. For sure he will keep me secure prevailing in the land. Raging waters can't destroy faith that is bold and strong Raging waters you have come to take my soul But you will my faith behold.
About the Author
Lesline Nembhard was born in St Elizabeth Jamaica.She attended the Mayfield Primary School.the St Elizabeth Technical High School and received her Teacher Certification From Bethlehem Teacher's College. At college she majored in Secondary School Education . She graduated with distinction in the areas of English,Arts and Crafts and Biology. Lesline taught high school in Jamaica and later migrated to the United States .She continued teaching in TheBronx and also in Brooklyn New york. She has worked in the field of Developemental Disabilities as an In Home Support Specialist for the past ten years until the present time. Lesline's early years were marked by paradoxes.Her father was a preacher turned politician, and her mother a housewife and farmer.She spent much of her formative years with doting grandparents who indulged in excessive alcoholism and gambling.Lesline was plagued with many afflictions and this caused her to develop a tenacious faith in God who always sustained her through those difficult years.Her life has been marked by many testimonies of Divine Interventions. Lesline now resides with her husband Owen in Bonita Springs Florida.She is mother to loving sons ,Keith Anthony and Andrew Phillip,and has been blessed with three beautiful grandchildredn,Candice.Dominique,and Serafena.She attends the Parkway Life Church where she is part of a vibrant family of believers.She serves the body as prayer warrior and intercessor. Proceeds from the sale of this book after expenses and taxes are dedicated exculsively to the construction of the Buelahland Prayer Towers at Norfolk St Elizabeth Jamaica.
