About the Author

For almost forty years Joseph Pham Xuan Vinh has been an English as Second Language (ESL) teacher, instructor, bilingual columnist and certified court interpreter and translator. He has travelled throughout the United States teaching court interpreter skill building classes. He graduated from the advanced course of teaching methodology sponsored by the US Defense Language Institute based in San Antonio, Texas and later taught at the Armed Forces Language School, Saigon, Vietnam.
