About the Author

Latena lives with her husband, Leon Willis, on Crooked River Ranch near Redmond, Oregon. Her home is perched on the edge of Crooked River Canyon, some 800 feet above the water level. From this vantage point seven volcano peaks can be viewed to the West and Smith Rock National Park to the East. Latena shares her revelations in a series of articles on how to live a godly life in a troubled world. She has been a Christian since her teens, married a minister, served with him as a pastor, traveled with him as a missionary teacher and evangelist, and shared with him in the responsibilities of leading the Full Gospel Fellowship of Churches and Ministers International of Oregon over twenty-eight years. She has written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and shares those thoughts with a down to earth approach. Her memories will put you in touch with the reality of living life big throughout the world, whether it concerns family, or unusual circumstances and events. She has always been a gifted person in wisdom, intelligence and in spiritual things. She has manifested exceptional commitment to the Lord and His service. Over the years she has proven herself to be trustworthy and filled with compassion for others. Latena is an example of the grace of God in action, and she is appreciated by me and the family so much.
