About the Author
Vitaliy Serebryansky was born in Uzbekiztan in 1955. He immigrated to the USA in 1999. Now he resides in Vancouver, Washington, with a family of nine children. His grandchildren always ask him to tell stories and draw pictures, with this came the idea to create a children’s activity book, Cut & See.
