My words forged like weapons of war. They leave cuts, gashes, and wounds that never heal. These words for weapons, forged from steel. Like a molten blank I beat and bang, all the while deciding on whom to hang. These words come swift, sharp and always find their mark.

About the Book
In this book, I have taken everyday feelings from my life dealing with depression, bipolar disorder, multiple sclerosis, and Marfan’s syndrome and channeled them into words. I also write about my life after a divorce and the ups and downs of dealing with an ex for the sake of taking a productive role in your child’s life. I talk too about life without a father and how my mother has always been there for me and never led me astray, and the struggles we faced in life with her not only as a single parent but also as a lesbian before it was socially accepted.
About the Author
I write based on people around me as well as my real-life situations that happen every day. I feel this is appealing to readers simply because most can relate or have been in similar situations. I want them to know they are not alone in how they feel about particular situations and subjects. I was raised by a single mother who has blessed me with the gift of writing. I am a father and stepfather of eight children combined, with ages ranging from seven to eighteen. I live in southwest Georgia.
