About the Author

Mimi Roldsgaard is an American author dedicated to identical storylines on self-esteem to be produced in multiple languages for expatriate children. She received her MBA in 2003 and is currently working on a doctorate degree at Université Paris-Dauphine in France. Having lived in several countries throughout Europe and having had experience with expatriate/multilingual families, she understands the importance of books in various languages. By having their favorite books in different languages, children in bilingual households are able to read their favorite book in the language of their choice when they like. Mimi Roldsgaard lives with her husband, Peter, and divides her time between Copenhagen (Denmark), Amsterdam (Holland), and Paris (France).This is Roldsgaard’s first picture book.
