About the Book

Life in Pictures and Poems is dedicated to my Granddad whose love and laughter filled my young heart with many beautiful memories and a great sense of humor. I still miss him.

About the Author

Dane Ann Smith-Johnsen is a grandmother and mother first. Her second loves are learning, creating visual mages using a variety of resources, writing poetry or story-poems, and last, but not least, gardening. She has a multifaceted education and was once called a Renaissance Woman by one of her professors because she had studied and loved so many different fields, which included both Arts and Sciences. She lives a simple life in a woodland setting raising 4 of her 9 beautiful grandchildren. Life is an adventure! God lives.
