About the Author
The author, Gebre Tsadik Degefu, was born in Bulga, Shewa, Ethiopia. Attended the Theological College of the Holy Trinity in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia. Received B.D. from Athens University, Greece and Dr. Jur. from Bonn University, Germany. Pursued Postgraduate Studies at LSE, University of London and earned M.B.A. & M. SC. from Pace University, NY City. Gebre Tsadik Degefu served the Ethiopian Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Interior and Communications as Assistant Minister and Legal Advisor. He was also Assistant Deputy Governor of Harer and General Manager of the Ethiopian Postal Administration. When the Military Government came to power, he resigned and started to practice law before he immigrated to the United States. Currently, he resides in New Jersey and works as a Consultant.
