About the Author
Ernest Boehnert is a retired school teacher. His teaching experiences have included students from the primary grade level to senior high school. For many years he taught English with all its components of grammar punctuation, writing and reading. After retirement, he began to write books for children. Ernest developed a phonetic approach for learning with his first book, The Great Alphabet Reminder Book, so as to help primary students become phonetically competent. His Holiday Collection of stories includes: The Magic Christmas Train, Christmas Dinner To Go, and his most recent work, Orville Saves Christmas. Ernest currently resides in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
